      If your Seville Classics Outdoor Light (GloGlobe™) turns off too quickly, try the following: * Reduce the brightness, as full brightness decreases operation time. * Fully charge the GloGlobe® before using it; the indicator light will turn green when fully charged. * Keep in mind that operation time degrades with each use, which is normal for lithium-ion batteries.

      If your Seville Classics Outdoor Light remote control isn't working, here are a couple of things to check: 1. Make sure you've removed the small plastic sheet on the battery cover to activate the remote. 2. The remote's battery may be dead. Replace it with a new one, paying attention to the polarity indicated on the cover when installing the new battery.

      If you find water inside your Seville Classics Outdoor Light (GloGlobe™), follow these steps: 1. Carefully remove all screws and washers and set them aside. 2. Remove the LED module from the outer housing, but do not open the LED module. 3. Drain all water from the outer housing, and wipe the inside of the GloGlobe® and the outside of the LED module dry with a cloth. 4. When reinstalling the LED module, tighten the screws in a criss-cross pattern (3 5 1 6 2 4). 5. Do not fully tighten screws until all are partially installed. 6. Tighten screws with a maximum torque of 2.65 lbs./1.2 kgs.
