  If your SFA Jacks product isn't lifting properly, it could be due to a few reasons. First, check that the fluid level is correct. Also, there might be air trapped in the system. In this case, with the saddle fully lowered, follow the instructions for bleeding air. If these steps don't improve performance, the hydraulic unit may be malfunctioning, and you should contact Customer Support.
