Instructions befor use
Always place the vibration plate on a stable, even and horizontal surface when you
use it.
DO NOT use the vibration plate in temperatures above 40 degrees.
DO NOT use the vibration plate immediately after eating. This can make you
nauseous or unwell.
Discontinue use if you experience (unexplained) pain and/or become unwell or
nauseous during or after using the vibration plate.
Product description
Instructions;
1. Place the vibration plate on a stable, level, horizontal surface. With the suction
cups, the vibrating plate will remain fixed to the floor. If the vibrating plate vibrates
under you or if you want to reduce the noise, you can place a yoga mat under the
vibrating plate.
2. Connect the end of the power cord to the vibration plate and insert the plug into the
wall socket. Make sure that the power cord does not run under or around the vibration
plate.
3. Select the desired program and set the training time, this can be done with the
remote control or via the LCD screen.
4. We recommend starting with speeds below 120 or with Program 1 (P1). Place your
feet in the center to simulate walking, slightly outward for jogging, or outward for
running.
