■ To Request Repairs
To request repairs, contact the Repair and Delivery Support Center.
For details, refer to the last page of “取扱説 明書 詳細版 (Full Instruction
Manual)” (Japanese).
During the
warranty period
Repairs are covered in accordance with our free repair
warranty.
Outside the
warranty period
If the product can be repaired, charged repairs will be
carried out upon request.
* The warranty period for a new product is 1 year from the date of purchase.
◎ Please note that contents of memory may be lost during the repair
process. Note that the Company assumes no responsibility for any
damages or lost profits resulting from altered or lost contents of the
memory.
◎ When repairing, we may use recycled parts that fulfill our quality
standards.
◎ The product that you have been using, and that has been collected by
the replacement mobile phone delivery service will, after refurbishment
and repair, be used as a replacement terminal. Furthermore, parts
replaced in an after-sales service are collected and recycled by the
Company. Accordingly, these parts cannot be returned to the customer.
◎ If the product has been processed, modified, or analyzed (including
software modification or analysis (including rooting, etc.), reverse-
engineered, decompiled, or disassembled), or has had repairs
performed at repair locations other than as designated by us, then this
will not be covered by the Warranty, or repairs may be refused.
◎ The internal battery of the product is not covered by the free repair
warranty because it is a consumable product.
◎ Accessories and samples other than the main unit of the product are
not covered by the free repair warranty.
