AUTO COOK AC-1
French Fried Potatoes
Quantity: 0.2 - 0.4 kg
Utensils: Flan dish
High Rack
Increasing unit: 50 g
Initial food temp: -18°C, (frozen)
Recommended
Menus: Frozen french fried potatoes
(For conventional ovens)
Procedure:
Remove the frozen french fried potatoes from the
package and place them on a china dish.
Place the dish on the high rack in the oven.
When the audible signals sound, turn over.
After cooking, remove from the dish and put on a
plate for serving. (No standing time is necessary).
Add salt to taste.
NOTE:
The dish gets very hot during cooking. To avoid
burning yourself, please use oven gloves for
removing the pan from the oven.

Boiled Potatoes, Jacket Potatoes
Quantity: 0.1 - 0.8 kg
Utensils: Bowl & lid
Increasing unit: 100 g
Initial food temp: 20°C (room temperature)
Procedure:
Boiled Potatoes: Peel the potatoes and cut them
into similar sized pieces.
Jacket Potatoes: Choose potatoes of similar size
and wash them.
• Put the boiled or jacket potatoes into a bowl.
Add the required amount of water (per 100 g)
approx. 2 tbsp and a little salt.
Cover with a lid
When the oven stops and the audible signals
sound, stir and re-cover.
After cooking, let the potatoes stand for 1-2
minutes.

Frozen vegetables
Quantity: 0.1 - 0.6 kg
Utensils: Bowl & Lid
Increasing unit: 100 g
Initial food temp: -18°C, (frozen)
Recommended
Menus: Brussels sprouts, green beans,
peas, mixed vegetables,
broccoli.
Procedure:
Add 1 tbsp water per 100 g. (For mushrooms no
additional water is necessary).
Cover with a lid.
When the oven stops and the audible signals
sound, stir and re-cover.
After cooking, let stand for approx. 1-2 minutes.
NOTE:
If frozen vegetables are compacted together, cook
manually

Gratinated fish fillet
Quantity: 0.6 - 1.2 kg*
(fish: 0.3 - 0.6 kg)
(sauce: 0.3 - 0.6 kg)
Utensils: Gratin dish, Low rack
Increasing unit: 100 g
Initial food temp: Fish 5°C,
Recommended
Menus: Fish gratin Italian style,
Gratinated rosefish fillet
Esterhazy, Rosefish Broccoli gratin.
