ROAST MEAT AND POULTRY CHART
1. Use the low rack.
2. Preheat oven according to the temperature in the PREHEAT TEMPERATURE
column.
3. Season meat/poultry if desired and cover lightly with oil.
4. Turn meat/poultry over half way through cooking.
