1S Semove the convection fan duct from the oven. 9.
CONVECTION HEATING ELEMENT
8 Remove the two(2) screws holding the two con-
vection heating element insulater (A) to the con-
vection fan duct and remove the insulator (A).
+ Remove the two(2) screws holding the convection
heating element to the convection installer (B).

3. Remove the one(1) nut haiding the canvection fan,
washers, pipe and eullary fan to the convection
fan motor shaft.

. Disconnect the oven from power supply.
2. Remove single (1) screw holding the turntable
motor cover to the bottom plate, and remove the
cover.
3. Disconnect wire leads from the turntable motor.

Remove
the
two
(2)
screws
holding
the
turntable
motor
to
oven
cavity
through
thebthermal
protector
plate
bottom.
5. Remove the turntable motor
6. The turntable motor is now free.
Note
When
the
coupling
or
O-ring
is
replaced
to new one, the grease (Shinetsu Silicone
grease G420 of Shinetsu Chemical Co.
Ltd.) must be applied as shown illus-
tration
If the grease is not applied, the coupling
and O-ring may be damaged.

to
the
oven

from
the
oven
cavity.
Remove the two (2) screws holding the rotisserie
motor to rotisserie motor angle.
Now, the rotisserie motor assembly is free.

Remove
the
seven
(7)
screws
holding
the
rear
cabinet
to
cinvection
fan
duct,
bottom
plate
and
chassis support.

Remove
the
rear
cabinet
from
the
oven
cavity.
Remove
the
single
(1)
screw
holding
the
steam
duct to the oven cavity.
Remove
the
steam
duct
from
the
oven
cavity.
Make
the
four
(4)
tabs
straight
which
are
holding
the
thermal-cover
grill
to
the
oven
cavity.
Disconnect
the
leads
from
the
grill
heating
ele-
ments.

Remove
the
single
(1)
screw
holding
the
grill
heater
cover
to
the
oven
Cavity.

Remove
the
grill
heater
cover
from
the
oven
cavity
by
sliding
the
cover.
1O.Remove
the
grill
heating
elements
short-
plate
from
the
oven
cavity.
11.Remove
the
two
(2)
screws
holding
the
short-plate
to
the
two
(2)
grill
heating
elements.
12.Now, the grill heating elements are free.
