Thank you for purchasing the Sharper Image Personal Sauna. Please read these

instructions prior to using this device for the ﬁrst time. In addition, please store

this guide for future reference.

OVERVIEW

1. This sauna is not a medical device and cannot be used for medical purposes.

2. Check with a doctor prior to using this sauna.

3. Stop using this device immediately if you feel uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy.

4. Do not plug this device into a power source if it is folded.

5. Staying in the sauna for too long can cause overheating. It is recommended

that your sessions are limited to 30 minutes per day. Do not use the sauna

more than 3 times per week.

6. This device is not intended for children or anyone with impaired mental

capabilities.

7. Do not use the device within 24 hours of UV radiation exposure from artiﬁcial

sources like tanning beds.

8. Individuals who may be at risk for hyperthermia, or those suﬀering from

cardiovascular disease should consult with a doctor prior to using this device.

• Not recommended for anyone under the age of 18

• Do not use this device if you have respiratory problems

• Do not use this device if you have a heart condition

• Do not use this device if you have low blood pressure

• Do not use this device if you are pregnant

• Do not use this device if you have any skin disorders

• Do not drink alcohol while using this device
