  If your Shine KITCHEN Accessories machine isn't turning on, first ensure the FEEDING CHUTE is locked by rotating it clockwise until the arrow aligns with the lock, as a safety mechanism prevents operation if it's not locked. Next, check the power outlet and toggle the power switch. If it still doesn't turn on, wait 10 minutes and repeat. If the issue persists, contact service@tribest.com with a brief explanation.

  To prevent your vegetable from spinning while pressing with Shine KITCHEN Accessories, make sure it is fully attached to the NO-SLIP VEGGIE GRIP. Attaching only to the pins at the bottom of the PRODUCE HOLDER might not ensure a tight grip.

  If your Shine KITCHEN Accessories FEEDING CHUTE will not click into place, be sure when you are assembling your unit that the blade attachment is fitted down into place completely. If they are pushing up, your FEEDING CHUTE will not be able to click into place properly.

  To address uncut produce remaining after using your Shine KITCHEN Accessories, make sure to push your PRODUCE HOLDER all the way down until the top portion of the PRODUCE HOLDER clicks into place. This should result in only a very small leftover piece.

  If your vegetable did not cut very well with Shine KITCHEN Accessories, try a different BLADE ATTACHMENT for better results. Some vegetables have a lot of water content, which generally do better with larger cuts.
