If you are using three-phase power, the direction of rotation of the pump might be incorrect; interchange two phases of the wiring of the power supply to correct this. An air lock could have occurred; check the air vent valve or water level. The pump or piping might be clogged; remove any obstructing objects. Alternatively, the impeller or pump casing might be worn out, requiring replacement. If the pump head is too high, or there's a large loss of pressure in the piping, review the plan, including pump selection. Finally, if a 60-Hz pump is operating at 50 Hz, check the nameplate and replace the pump or the impeller.
