1. Start with your headset turned on.
2. Plug the included USB adapter into a USB port on your PC.
3. Connection is established when Audrey says "connected",
and the LED Indicator on the USB adapter is solid blue.

is both identified as the default input and output devices in your operating system’s
audio settings.

Pairing to Mobile Device

Initiate Mobile Pairing

Press and hold the Volume+ Button until the LED Indicator flashes red and blue alternately.

Select Device on Phone

Select 'OpenComm2 UC by Shokz' in your device's Bluetooth settings. Audrey will say 'connected'.

Pairing to PC

Connect to PC via USB Adapter

Plug the included USB adapter into a USB port on your PC. Connection is established when Audrey says 'connected'.

Configure Sound Device

Set as Default Audio Device

Ensure 'Shokz Loop110' is identified as default input/output in your operating system's audio settings.

Button Functions

Control Calls and Music

Click once to answer/end calls, play/pause music. Double-click for next, triple-click for previous song.

Microphone Mute Control

Click the Mute Button once when on a call to mute or unmute the microphone.

Reconnect to Last Connected Headset

Reconnect via USB Adapter

Click the Multifunction Button once. LED flashes blue every second to indicate reconnection.
