PACKING LIST AND SHIPMENT INSPECTION

PLAN YOUR INSTALLATION STEPS

Mount Lift Mate on Winch Lift Post

Locate the winch post on your lift for mounting the Lift Mate unit.

Determine Left or Right Mount Type

Stand on the dock to determine if your winch lift post is a left or right mount.

Motor Position Between Lift Posts

Ensure the Lift Mate motor is mounted between the left and right lift posts.

Motor Position Relative to Lift Wheel

Position the motor near the 10 or 2 o'clock position on the lift wheel for traction.

Traction Wheel and Motor Placement

Ensure the traction wheel is closest to the dock and motor to the boat.

Motor Drain Hole Orientation

Mount motor with drain holes at the bottom to prevent rainwater entry.

STEP 1: INSTALL INNER ARM WITH BRACKET ONTO WINCH POST

INSTALL INNER ARM

Mount the inner arm with bracket to the winch post using band straps.

STEP 2: INSTALL OUTER ARM ONTO INNER ARM

INSTALL OUTER ARM

Attach the outer arm to the inner arm, considering various configurations for motor positioning.

STEP 3: INSTALL MOTOR ARM ONTO OUTER ARM

INSTALL MOTOR ARM

Mount the motor arm to the outer arm and position the rubber traction wheel on the lift wheel.

STEP 4: ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS

12 VOLT BATTERY WIRING

Connect the 12V Lift Mate to a battery, ensuring correct polarity and breaker placement.

110 VOLT WIRING

Connect the 110V unit to a properly installed and grounded outlet with matching configuration.

OPERATING, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

ON/OFF SWITCH OPERATION

Use the rocker switch to raise or lower the lift; exercise caution with moving parts.

MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES

Perform periodic inspections of hardware, wheel alignment, brushes, straps, and connections.

OFF SEASON STORAGE

Remove the motor from the outer arm and store it in a dry place during the off season.
