Cases Where Repairs May Be Refused
1. Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications (including software) have been
made.
2. The product is damaged during transport due to improper packaging.
3. The product is severely damaged to the point where repairs cannot maintain its
functionality.
Repair Costs
After-sales service will be provided at a cost if the warranty period has expired. Please
contact our customer service center for details regarding repair costs.
Warranty Conditions
If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period while the product is used in accordance
with the manual, we will repair it free of charge.
A. To request free repair service, please present the product and proof of purchase at the
retailer where the product was purchased.
Note: Shipping costs for sending the product directly to the service center are the customer’s
responsibility.
B. If you cannot request free repair service at the place of purchase, please contact our

Even during the warranty period, the following cases will result in paid repairs:
A. Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
B. Malfunctions or damage caused by transport, dropping, or other impacts after purchase.
C. Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquakes, water damage, lightning, or other
natural disasters, as well as abnormal voltage or use with an incompatible power supply.
D. Malfunctions caused by strong impacts (e.g., dropping, twisting, crushing).
Note: The repair or replacement of the strap or exterior is not covered by the
warranty.
