What to do if my Shurco ShurLink PRO is not listing the device?

      Cassidy GeorgeAug 8, 2025
If your ShurLink™ PRO remote control's display is working but the device isn't listed, try these steps: First, bring the remote closer to the receiver and ensure the receiver is powered on. You can check the receiver's power by removing the gray cover on the trailer and looking for a flashing red LED. If that doesn't work, delete the receiver from the remote and then re-introduce it. If problems persist, the remote or receiver might be damaged.

Why is my Shurco ShurLink PRO motorized system running backwards?
    • J
      Jessica WilliamsonAug 14, 2025
If your motorized system runs backwards when controlled by both the Shurco Remote Control and the buttons on the receiver box, remove the gray cover from the receiver assembly and swap the green and yellow wires. Alternatively, use the ShurLink™ iOS app to pair your motorized system and switch the polarity in the app settings. If the device runs backwards only with the buttons on the receiver box, swap the positions of the push button switches in the gray cover of the receiver assembly.

How to fix a dead display on Shurco Remote Control?
    • L
      Lori StevensAug 22, 2025
If your Shurco Remote Control display is completely dead, try these steps: First, if the remote lid has been left open, close it and then reopen it to wake up the remote. If that doesn't work, the battery may be dead. Place the remote in the charging cradle, ensuring the charging cable is properly connected to both the power source and the cradle, and allow the remote to charge.

What to do if Shurco ShurLink PRO Remote Control motorized system runs in only one direction?
    • B
      Barbara HamiltonAug 30, 2025
If your motorized system runs in only one direction, start by removing the gray cover from the receiver assembly and ensuring the green and yellow wires are securely connected to the solenoid. Check if the push buttons on the gray cover work in both directions. Clear travel stops, but do not reset them, to see if the system operates in both directions, indicating corrupted travel stops. Also, check the encoder wire connections and reset the travel stops.
