12.1 OPERATOR’S CORRECT WORKING POSITION

12.2 MACHINE STARTING
- Close the side safety guards
- Release the E-Stops
- Give air to the circuit
- Turn the main switch in ON position
- Press the STOP/RESET button
- Press the START button
12.3 PRODUCTION STARTING
Before starting, check the main functions of
the machine.
1 Entry air pressure 6 BAR, if pressure is
below 5,5 the machine functions are not
safe.
2 Press the START button and check that
Emergency Stops are working properly.
3 Press the START button and check that
machine stops if side guards are opened.
MESSA IN MARCIA
- Chiudere la protezione antinfortunistica.
- Rilasciare i pulsanti STOP EMERGENZA a
ritenuta.
- Dare aria al circuito.
- Girare l’interruttore principale sulla
posizione ON.
- Premere il pulsante STOP/RESET.
- Premere il pulsante MARCIA.
AVVIO DELLA PRODUZIONE
Prima di iniziare il ciclo produttivo,
controllare le funzioni principale della
macchina.
1 Pressione aria ingresso macchina 6 BAR;
se la pressione è inferiore a 5,5 BAR non
vengono garantite tutte le funzioni.
2 Premere il pulsante MARCIA e controllare
il funzionamento dei pulsanti STOP
EMERGENZA a ritenuta.
3 Premere il pulsante MARCIA e verificare
che aprendo la protezione la macchina
si ferma.
