13.15 FUNCTIONS OF THE PHOTOCELLS AND OF
THE SENSORS
SENSOR N. 1
It adjusts the stop position of the suckers-
holder carriage on its back trip in line with
the driving belts.
SENSOR N. 2
It adjusts the stop position of the suckers-
holder carriage on its forward trip.
SENSOR N. 3
It detects the presence of boxes in the box
storage.
SENSOR N. 4
It adjusts the position of the pushing
carriage.
PHOTOCELL N. 5
Shadowed by the box, it controls the
starting of the side lap-closers.
FUNZIONI DELLE FOTOCELLULE E DEI SENSORI
SENSORE N. 1
Regola la posizione d’arresto del carrello
porta-ventose in ritorno in linea con le
cinghie di trascinamento.
SENSORE N. 2
Regola la posizione di arresto del carrello
porta-ventose in andata.
SENSORE N. 3
Rileva la presenza di scatole nel magazzino
cartoni.
SENSORE N. 4
Regola la posizione del carrello spintore.
FOTOCELLULA N. 5
Oscurata dalla scatola, comanda la
partenza del chiudifalde laterali.
