Care, Maintenance and Disposal of GS1 System. When applying a new Sensor, follow the
instructions in section 3.1 Applying Your Sensor. If the last Sensor was removed after the
14-day wearing period, you will be prompted to start a new Sensor.
CAUTION:
The Sensor can be worn for up to 14 days. At the end of the wear period, the Sensor will stop
updating the glucose data and should be removed as instructed.
Replacing Your Sensor
The Sensor automatically stops working after the 14-day wear period and must be replaced.
Replace the Sensor in case of any irritation or discomfort at the application site.
CAUTION:
If the Sensor becomes loosen or the Sensor tip is coming out of the skin, no readings or
unreliable low readings may be obtained. Verify that the Sensor has not come loose. If it has
come loose, remove it, and apply a new one.
