2 - Introduction
The BT-SKW key pad is a ra dio LCD key pad, pur po sely de si gned for the Si -
cep Bi Tech line: be sure that de vi ce is com pa ti ble with the con trol unit;
check the ope ra ting ma nual of the con trol unit. This key pad is bat -
tery-po we red and the re fo re has the ad van ta ge of not ne e ding ca bles.
Ho we ver it has fe wer fun ctions than the ca bled key pad. This key pad al lows
to:
• Arm/disarm all system Partitions
• Manually exclu de zones and devi ces
• Make emer gency calls (Fire, Panic, Medi cal) by pres sing one but ton.
• Con trol the acti va tion of a pro gram ma ble out put
• Test the sen sors
• Switch the system to the Main te nan ce mode (by using the spe cial
Instal ler password).
The key pad is bat tery po we red by two 3.6 V lit hium bat tery (in clu ded), which
gua ran tee ope ra tion for 2 ye ars be fo re re pla ce ment is needed.
