PLEASE READ AND KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read and understand warnings and
instructions to avoid burns or re. Do not immerse
or spray liquids into cabinet or back panel to prevent
mold risk from moist insulation.
Function& Purpose
This unit is intended to hold food at a proper serving
temperature. It is not intended for cooking food.
Operation
1. Place food warmer on a at stable surface.
2. Place fuel container in fuel holder and ignite
fuel per instructions provided with fuel.
3. After food warmer reaches operating
temperature (approximately 20 minutes), place
hot food in food warmer.
4. Prior to transporting, extinguish ame.
Cleaning
y Make sure ame is extinguished.
y Allow unit to cool to room temperature.
y If desired, remove back panel assembly (four
screws and washers).
y Clean with damp cloth and mild detergent,
wiping in grain direction. Do not use abrasives,
scrapers or cleaners containing chlorine. Rinse
with wet cloth and dry with a clean dry cloth.
y Scratches can be blended with a ne 3M
Scotch Brite® pad, wiping in the grain
direction.
