Filters and maintenance
Removing the filter:
Attention: The halogen bulbs must be
switched off and must have cooled down.
1. Remove the metallters.
2. Rotate thelters against the direction of
the arrow and pull them out.
3. Insert the metal greaselters.
Replacing the activated carbon filter:
During normal operation (1 to 2 hours
per day) the activated carbonlters
should be replaced approximately 1 x
year.
A replacement filter can be obtained
from any authorized dealer.
Use original filters only.
By doing so you will obtain maximum
performance from your extractor hood.
Disposing of the old activated carbon
filter:
There are no pollutants in the activated
carbonlters. They can therefore be
disposed of as part of your normal
domestic refuse.
3. Rotate thelters in the direction of the
arrow until they engage. If thelters have
been installed correctly, they can no
longer be removed.
4. Insert the metal greaselters (see
"Removing and inserting the metal
greaselters").
Installation:
Attention: The halogen bulbs must be
switched off and must have cooled down.
1. Remove the metallters (see "Removing
and inserting the metal greaselters").
2. Insert the activated-carbon filters. To do
this, connect the filters to the pins on the
sides of the fan.
