4. Seal the antenna in the outdoor area:
If the antenna is mounted outdoors, you will need to seal it.
Proceed as follows:
Clean the mounting surface with methyl, isopropyl or a mild soap
solution only.
Seal the antenna at the outer edge and at the drill holes with
silicone. Use only one-part silicone sealant that cures by air
humidity.
