HomeConnect
This appliance is network-capable.
Connecting your appliance to a mo-
bile device lets you control its func-
tions via the HomeConnect app, ad-
just its basic settings and monitor its
operating status.
HomeConnect services are not avail-
able in every country. The availability
of the HomeConnect function de-
pends on the availability of
HomeConnect services in your coun-
try. You can find information about
this at: www.home-connect.com.
To use HomeConnect, first set up a
connection to the WLAN home network
(Wi-Fi

) or LAN home network and the
HomeConnect app.
There are various ways to connect to
your home network, depending on the
features of your appliance:

The HomeConnect app will guide
you through the entire login process.
Follow the instructions in the
HomeConnect app to configure the
settings.

HomeConnect app.
Connecting the appliance to a
WLAN home network (Wi-Fi)
with WPS function
Using your router's WPS function is
the simplest way to connect the ap-
pliance to your home network.
Requirement:If your router has a
WPS function, you can connect the
appliance to your WLAN home net-
work (Wi-Fi) automatically.
1.
Press and hold Remote Start
for approx. 3 seconds.
a You are now in the Home Connect
menu.
2. Select Connect.
3. Confirm the message in the dis-
play.
4. Press the WPS button on the
router within the next 2minutes.
Take note of the information in the
documents for your router.

flashes in the display.
a The appliance attempts to connect
to your WLAN home network.
a If the display shows Connected
and lights up permanently, the
appliance is connected to the
home network.
