10.4) MOTOR SIDE
To adjust tension of
the belt, unscrew the
motor bolts and lever
them by means of a
screwdriver. Screw on
the motor bolts,
assemble the guard
and test the machine.
Electric
system faults: remove
the gear protection
guard and refer to the
chart to check
operation; close the
guard and test the
machine.
By disassembling the guard from
this side the electric motor is
accessible, the main driving belt
and the driving chain to the clutch
from the other side.
The clutch, the
speed change unit of the
belts and roller adjustment
are accessible by
disassembling the guard
from this side
Grid and belts micro faults:
remove the gear protection
guard, check its working
condition, close the guard and
test the machine.
