What to do if my Signature EF19-30-2A Fireplace does not work, but the Power and Fireplace switches are ON and the thermostat is set to 99?

  If your Signature Fireplace isn't working despite the power and fireplace switches being on and the thermostat set to 99, turn all switches to the OFF position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5-10 minutes. After this time, plug it back in and operate as normal.

  If your Signature Fireplace shows the flame effect but isn't blowing warm air, first confirm that the temperature setting exceeds the current room temperature. If it does, try turning the fireplace button on and off several times to ensure it is in the “ON” position.
