    What to do if my SII printer prints wrong characters?

      If your SII printer is printing wrong characters, set the SWDIP switches according to the input method. In serial input, "!", "?", "*" is printed for the incorrect set at SWDIP switch 3. Set them according to the computer communications method. Check the program. Unless ";" is input following the LPRINT Statement in BASIC, usually CR and LF are automatically output.

      If your SII printer stops printing or doesn't print at all, first, ensure that the thermal paper hasn't run out; if it has, load more paper. Also, check if the battery has discharged and connect the AC adapter. Make sure printer set ONLINE. Verify that you are using the specified paper and that the outside of the paper is the front. Check the program.

      If the SII printer's power does not turn on, make sure the Power Switch is on. Plug other electrical appliances into the outlet to check that it is working.

    Why is my SII printer printing too light?

      If the printing on your SII printer is too light or too dark, use the printer at 0?C to 40?C.(32?F to 104?F). Also, ensure that you are using the specified paper. Check the print density SWDIP switch settings.
