ADVANCED FUNCTIONS AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
How to programme the bu on of an Air4 V remote control back into the Receiver.
This procedure is necessary if:
- The used Air4 V remote control has been lost / broken
- The bu on associated with the Air4 Receiver was mistakenly overwri en with anotherremote
control
Procedure:
- Hold down bu on ‘P’ on the Air4 receiver for a few seconds. When the ‘L1’ LED on the receiver
illuminates and fl ashes rapidly, release bu on ‘P’.
- Press the bu on on the remote to be programmed. The ‘L2’ LED will illuminate (now both LEDS,
‘L1’ and ‘L2’, are illuminated)
- Release the remote control bu on.
- Wait for LEDS ‘L1’ and ‘L2’ to go out; the bu on has been memorised by the receiver.
How to make addi onal copies of a remote control
To make a copy of the Air4 Receiver code (e.g. bu on 1) on other remote controls, use a Silca AIR4
V remote control (with so ware version equal to or above 1.6) and follow Silca’s standard copying
instruc ons below or see the video at www.silca.biz.
