Usage Features:
- Dashboard: Features an LCD screen, "SET" and "INFO" buttons, and 10 hazard lights. Displays battery charge level (SoC), power flow ("OUT" for use, "IN" for regeneration/charging), ambient temperature, current time, driving mode (ECO, CITY, SPORT), estimated remaining range, and current speed.
- Driving Modes:
- CITY: Default mode, best performance, no regenerative brake.
- ECO: Relaxed driving, limited speed/acceleration, longer range, features regenerative brake.
- SPORT (Connected variant only): Greater power and speed. Available when SoC > 20%, Tbat < 45°C, Tmot < 105°C, Tinv < 70ºC. Features regenerative brake.
- Ignition: Key-based ignition with positions for handlebar lock, OFF (shutdown/unlocking handlebar), ON (ready to drive), and seat opening. Connected version can also be switched on via the "My Silence" app.

Maintenance Features:
- Regular Maintenance: Essential for safety and optimal performance. Always take the scooter to a SILENCE Official Service Centre for maintenance.
- Self-Checks: Owners can check tyre pressure, brake fluid level, etc.
- Cleaning: Regular cleaning with gentle, environmentally friendly products is recommended. Avoid high-pressure washers or harsh detergents on the battery.
- Storage: For long periods of non-use, clean and dry the scooter, support it on its centre stand, check for problems, use a cover, and protect the floor from leaks.
- Pre-Drive Checks:
- Charge Level: Check on LCD screen; recharge if low.
- Lamps and Indicator Lights: Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts.
- Stands: Ensure both side and centre stands are folded away before driving.
- Tyres: Check for punctures, cracks, tears, wear, and correct inflation pressure.
- Brakes: Check brake fluid levels (DOT4, never below MIN line), change every 2 years. Check brake pads (replace if less than 1 mm thick). Ensure proper functioning of the braking system before driving.
- Battery Anchoring: Verify the battery is correctly fastened and does not come out when pulled firmly.
- Battery Maintenance:
- Charge the battery fully once every 30 days to ensure warranty validity.
- Avoid excessive use of SPORT mode.
- Charge when SoC is around 25%, avoid full discharge.
- Keep battery temperature between 20-30 ºC.
- Prefer internal charging system over continuous quick charging.
- Fuse Box: Located under the seat, contains 4 fuses for USB port (1A), lights/horn (5A), DC/DC converter (2A), and inverter (2A).
- Warranty: Two-year warranty (or three years with special promotions) covering design and manufacturing defects. Voided if regulations are not followed, maintenance is neglected, unauthorised modifications are made, used in sporting competition, or instructions are not followed.
- Inspections: Regular inspections based on kilometres travelled (1,500 km, 5,000 km, 10,000 km, then every 5,000 km) or at least once a year (first one 3 months after purchase).
- Disposal and Recycling: Battery packs and the scooter itself must be disposed of and recycled according to applicable regulations at an authorised SILENCE Service Centre.
Safety Warnings:
- Driving requires full attention; minimise risks.
- Wear appropriate protective clothing: homologated helmet, eye protection, stiff boots, leather gloves, form-fitting suit/jacket/trousers with reflector strips.
- Respect maximum load capacity and distribution to avoid compromising stability, braking, and manoeuvrability.
- Use only original SILENCE accessories and ensure proper installation to avoid interference with controls, visibility, or electrical components.
- The battery can be dangerous if mishandled: transport slowly on its wheels (max. 3 km/h), avoid hitting, bouncing, or dropping it, and keep it away from water.
- If battery pack is suspected of improper use or damage, do not plug it in; contact SILENCE Official Service Centre.
- Battery fires can be put out with water, CO2, or class D fire extinguishers. If plugged in or near other batteries, use CO2 or class D and move to a safe, isolated location (15m from exposure).
- Never open the battery box; only authorised personnel.
- If smoke comes from the battery, call fire brigade and remove it from enclosed spaces.
- Do not disassemble the battery unit or remove its caps. Keep children away. Do not perforate, knock, expose to flames, incinerate, or expose to liquids.
- Never remove or insert the battery pack when charging or with the key in the ignition.
- Ensure the rubber cap covers the power multipin connector when the battery is not in the scooter. Do not get the connector wet.
- Only use quick charging devices and Inverters supplied by SILENCE to ensure warranty validity.
- Do not clean the battery with a lot of water or a high-pressure washer.
- Driving over kerbs, potholes, or road humps at high speed can damage the vehicle's rim and/or motor.
- Brake fluid can damage paint/plastic and cause injuries; wash off skin immediately, seek medical attention for eye contact.
- Brake lever adjustments only affect lever position, not braking power.
- Do not connect to or communicate via the CAN bus with any unauthorised device, as it may alter vehicle operation, affect quality, risk safety, and void the warranty.
