Ultimate (BM) Key - Series
The SILICON’s ULTIMATE/TX31 - a new “Key Series” Car Alarm system provides TOYOTA car
owners with one of the best available vehicle security system . It comes with the following
improvements and features:
Water Resistant Remote controller with vehicle’s key attached.
Remote Control Central locking.
Extended Remote Battery life ( 2 years typical)
Key remote transmission 20m ~ 25m range under normal operating environmental conditions (IDA
approved).
Silent Mode arming/ disarming
Arm Confirmation/car finder feature
Automatic re-lock and re-arm
Ignition Lock Feature
Door Not Properly Closed Warning
LED indicator with intrusion memorized indication
Alarm Activation
Manual override reset function
OPERATIONS
PRESS BOTH LOCK AND UNLOCK BUTTON TOGETHER WILL LOCK OR UNLOCK
THE VEHICLE WITHOUT THE CHIRPING SOUND ( SILENT MODE )
Note: The small LED on the remote controller unit indicates the condition of the battery during activation.
When it becomes dim, replace the battery. ( 2X CR2025 Button Cell 3V Battery or equivalent )

ARMING
Press the “LOCK” button once.
(There is short time delay before the alarm
system is actually armed, indicated by the
blinking status LED in the vehicle)
Upon pressing the lock button, you will observe
the following:
The parking light will blink once.
The siren will chirp once.
The door will be locked.
The LED will flash at a slow rate once
armed.
Note:
If the siren chirp for 8 times when “LOCK”
button is pressed, check all doors are closed
properly. Please refer to DOOR NOT
PROPERLY CLOSED WARNING section
When ignition is turned “ON”, the "LOCK”
command of the remote control transmitter
is
disabled
DISARMING
Press the “UNLOCK” button once.
Upon pressing the button, you will observe the
following:
The parking lights will blink twice.
The siren will chirp twice.
The door will be unlocked
The status LED will be “OFF”.
Note: If the alarm was tripped
The parking lights will instantly blink 3
times and siren will chirp 3 times.
The LED will remain flashing until the
ignition is turned on. Please refer to LED
STATUS INDICATOR section

Summary

OPERATIONS

DISARMING

Press the "UNLOCK" button once. Parking lights blink twice, siren chirps twice, door unlocks, status LED turns OFF.

ARMING

Press the "LOCK" button once. Parking light blinks once, siren chirps once, door locks, LED flashes slowly.

SILENT MODE OPERATION

Press both LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together to lock or unlock the vehicle without chirping sound.

BATTERY INDICATOR

Small LED on remote indicates battery condition. Replace battery when dim.

FEATURES

ARM CONFIRMATION AND CAR FINDER

Press and hold 'LOCK' to confirm arming or find car. Parking lights blink, siren sounds.

AUTOMATIC RE-LOCK AND RE-ARM

Vehicle locks/re-arms after 30 secs if unlocked and unattended. Disabled if doors opened/ACC on.

IGNITION LOCK FEATURE

Central locking activates with ignition ON and unlocks with ignition OFF.

DOOR NOT PROPERLY CLOSED WARNING

Siren chirps 8 times if doors are not closed properly when locking.

ALARM ACTIVATION

Alarm triggers sirens and lights for 30 seconds upon door/trunk or ignition trip.

LED STATUS INDICATOR

Red LED indicates system status: Off (disarmed), slow flash (armed), short pulses (tripped).

MANUAL OVERRIDE SWITCH

Disarm system manually by turning ignition ON and pressing override switch.

RECOMMENDED INTERFERENCE CORRECTION

Measures to correct interference: reorient antenna, increase separation, use different circuit.
