Read these instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference. Your
child’s safety may be affected if you do not
follow these instructions.
Your Linear Chassis is a high quality Silver
Cross product. It meets current British and
European safety standards and care and
regular light maintenance will ensure
long service.
Although these instructions clearly outline
the correct use of the Linear chassis they do
no not relate to the seat unit. To operate
the seat unit you must refer to the separate
instructions packed with your chosen seat
unit.
If somebody unfamiliar is using your Linear
Chassis always ensure that they read these
instructions carefully so that they understand
how the product works best.
The Linear Chassis is designed and tested to
accept the following Silver Cross seat units:
Sleepover, Freeway, Ventura Plus Car Seat,
and the Simplicity Car Seat.
Preparation for use
Remove all packaging material from
your Linear Chassis.
1.1 Open the chassis by locating the release
catches on either side of the chassis
handle. This will unlock the top tubing
section of the chassis.
1.2 Flick the chassis forwards, whilst holding
the handle tightly.
1.3 The top section of the chassis tubing will
then locate and lock closed against the
lower section. If it does not lock of its
own accord, then simply push on the
centre mounting bar.
1.4 Your Linear is now ready for use
