2. Attach lower pole (12) to lower assembly. Line up the holes in
the four tubes and lower pole and attach hardware as shown
in Detail A. Tighten hardware finger tight only.
You may have to wiggle the
Bolt (34) up and down and
side to side so it goes
through the whole assembly.
