♦ To remove the trimmer block from its holder (see Fig. D), press your thumbs
against the shaving head teeth from the front.
♦ Use the cleaning brush supplied to remove any residual hair from the trimmer
block
.
♦ Once you have completed cleaning, plug the trimmer block plug-in tab back
into the mounting opening in the shaving head holder (see Fig. E).
♦ Allow the trimmer block to engage again by pressing lightly from behind
(see Fig. F).

In order to reduce friction, occasionally apply a couple of drops of scissor
oil (accessory) between the blades, and then distribute it evenly. You can
also use any acid-free oil (e.g. sewing machine oil). Wipe any access oil
off with a cloth.
Disposal
Disposal of the appliance
Never dispose of the appliance in normal household waste.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your com-
munity waste facility. Please observe the currently applicable regulations. Please
contact your waste disposal centre should you be in any doubt.
NOTE

Before disposing of the appliance it is essential to remove the battery fi rst.
► To do this, dismantle the appliance completely and remove the recharge-
able batteries from the PCB.
Disposal of batteries
Used batteries may not be disposed of in household waste. Every consumer is
legally obliged to dispose of batteries at a collection site of his or her community /
city district or at a retail store. The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that bat-
teries are disposed of in a non-polluting manner. Only dispose of batteries when
they are fully discharged.
