By pressing the button “Defrosting”

, also frozen bread can be thawed
and toasted. With this, the toaster slowly warms the bread.
1) After setting the desired browning level, insert the bread into the toaster
slots .
2) Press the operating slide  downwards.
3) Press the button “Defrosting”
. The integrated control lamp glows.
4) When the defrosting and toasting process is finished, the toaster switches itself
off automatically, the control lamp integrated in the button “Defrosting”

goes out and the bread slices are ejected to the top.
Warming up crusty bread rolls
NEVER lay bread rolls directly onto the toaster, ALWAYS use the bread roll
attachment .
1) Place the bread roll attachment  on the toaster so that it is firmly seated in
the designated hollows.
2) Place the bread-rolls onto the holder and start the toasting procedure. For
a medium browning, set the toasting dial  to level II. The browning can
however vary, depending on the composition and type of bread roll.
NOTICE
► Place the rolls onto the bread-roll attachment  in such a manner that they
cannot fall through the bread-roll attachment .
► After toasting, the rolls will be very hot.
3) As soon as the toaster switches itself off, turn the rolls over to toast the other
side of them and then switch the toaster back on.
4) When you no longer need the bread-roll attachment , wait until it has
cooled down and then remove the bread-roll attachment  from the toaster.
