■ Always use the stated battery type.
■ Never try to recharge non-re-
chargeable batteries.
■ Remove the batteries from the appli-
ance before recharging them.
■ Do not throw batteries into a
fire or water.
■ Never expose batteries to high tem-
peratures or direct sunlight.
■ Never open or deform batteries.
■ Do not short-circuit the terminals.
■ Remove depleted batteries from the
appliance and dispose of them safely.
■ Do not use different types of
batteries together or mix new batter-
ies with used batteries.
■ Always ensure that the batteries
are installed in the appliance with the
correctly aligned polarity.
