Risk of damage to the appliance due to
improper use of the appliance
 The whisk (5) in the milk container (11)
must be fully covered with milk. The ap-
pliance may overheat if there is too lit-
tle milk.
This appliance is suitable for preparing warm or cold milk froth, warm-
ing milk and making milk-based beverages.
Use the whisk (5) for all applications to prevent the milk from burning.
 Place the whisk (5) onto the pin in the milk container (11).
 Fill the milk container (11) as specified in the following table.
We recommend using cooled semi-skimmed (1.5% fat con-
tent) long-life milk. UHT milk and fresh milk with a higher fat
content are also suitable, but the consistency of the milk froth
is dependent on the type of milk used.
When frothing milk, we recommend a milk quantity of 75–
150ml.
 Place the lid (1) onto the milk container (11). Note the position of
the spout.
