9.2. Ending operation
 Unplug the mains plug on the base plate (7) and clean the appli-
ance as described in section “11. Cleaning the appliance” on page
25.
10. Run-dry protection safety feature
The appliance is equipped with run-dry protection, which triggers when
the appliance is about to overheat as a result of being filled with too lit-
tle liquid. In this case, the appliance switches off automatically and all
LEDs light up.
Allow the appliance to cool down before using it again and fill the milk
container (11) with at least 75ml milk (MIN marking), but no more than
150ml (MAX marking
) or 300ml (MAX marking ).
11. Cleaning the appliance

There is a risk of electric shock due to live
parts.
 Never immerse the base plate (7) or the
appliance in water or other liquids!
 Never handle the base plate (7) with
hard objects.
