Apple waffl es
♦ 250 g Margarine or butter
♦ 75 g Sugar
♦ 4 Eggs
♦ 250 g fl our
♦ 1 tsp of Baking powder
♦ 125 ml lukewarm Milk
♦ 300 g Apples (peeled, cut into cubes.)
♦ 50 g grated Almonds or Nuts
1) Stir the eggs until foamy.
2) Add the sugar and stir everything.
3) Then add the melted butter or margarine.
4) Blend in the baking powder.
5) Under constant stirring, gradually add the milk and fl our alternately.
6) Finally, blend in the almonds/nuts and the apple cubes.
7) Combine everything at the highest speed with a hand blender until a smooth
batter mixture is achieved.
