DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Prepare half a cup of boiling water (Be careful when handling hot water).
2. Wait 5 ~ 6 minutes until the water cools to about 70° C (140°F).
3. Using the tweezers, submerge OMNIGUARD in the hot water.
4. After a few seconds, the submerged OMNIGUARD will turn transparent and soft. Remove it from
the water with caution and shake off any excess water.
5. Using clean hands, gently fold the OMNIGAURD in half (longitudinally) with the film facing
inward, and place it on your teeth with the film side touching your teeth.
6. Push firmly with your fingers to spread the material evenly across the teeth to be covered. Lightly
bite down a few times to insure the material settles into all the gaps and grooves of your teeth.
7. Leave the material on your teeth for about 2 minutes until it completely cures back into its rigid
form. The color will also turn back to white.
8. Once the color becomes white, use your fingers to remove OMNIGUARD from your teeth.
9. Using the tweezers, carefully remove the film.
10. Use a pair of scissors to trim the rough edges and cut it into a comfortable shape and size.
11. If the result is not desirable, you may repeat the process from step 1 by re-melting the
OMNIGUARD.
