      To resolve a no sound issue with your SIMOLIO speakers, begin by ensuring the transmitter's AC adapter and audio cable are securely connected. Disconnect any analog audio cables if you're using an optical cable. Increase the TV volume or mute it via the TV remote or settings. Check the connection between the transmitter and audio source. Confirm that all audio sources are turned on and set to an adequate volume. Set your TV audio output to 'External TV Speaker'. If using an optical connection, ensure your TV’s digital audio output format is set to PCM. Lastly, ensure the speaker's battery is properly loaded, fully charged, or the adapter is firmly connected.
