Solar Doorbell

The wireless Solar Doorbell includes a

per-installed, long-life lithium-ion battery. The

rechargeable battery is powered by either

direct or indirect light.

The waterproof Solar Doorbell includes a

mounting bracket, adhesive pad and screws for

brick installation.

Test: When purchased in a kit, plug in the AC

Plug-in Alert or turn on the Wearable Pager

Alert (Section 4). Now, press the doorbell to

hear the Alert tune, or if you want to adjust the

volume or change the bell tune, see the User

Guide (Section 5) Pairing Sensors (Bells) to

Alerts’ using your preferred tune and volume

level.

This solar charging capability eliminates the need for frequent battery replacements, contributing to its convenience and environmental friendliness.

The system includes a waterproof Solar Doorbell unit, which is the outdoor component that houses the push button and solar panel. For installation, the doorbell comes with a mounting bracket, an adhesive pad, and screws, offering flexible options for securing it to various surfaces, including brick. Users can choose between using screws for a more permanent fixture or the adhesive pad for a quicker, less invasive installation. If opting for the adhesive pad, it's recommended to clean the surface thoroughly beforehand to ensure optimal adhesion. Once the mounting bracket is secured in the desired location, the Solar Doorbell unit simply snaps onto it.

When purchased as part of a kit, the system is ready for immediate use. To test the doorbell, users simply plug in the AC Plug-in Alert or turn on the Wearable Pager Alert. Pressing the doorbell button will then trigger an alert tune on the receiving unit.
