11. Connect the inlet
and out pipes of the
gas-liquid separator to
the system pipeline
●Use gas welding to
weld the inlet and
outlet pipes of
gas-liquid separator
● Weld by charging
nitrogen for protection,
with the nitrogen
pressure kept at
0.5±0.1kgf/c 󱚸(relative
pressure).
●During heating, take
care to prevent the
substances around
from burn due to high
temperature.
12. Connect the power
cables of compressor
● Insert the power
cables into terminal
strip according to
disassembly
procedures.
●Use spanner to
tighten the compressor
cover.
13. Establish vacuum
through liquid valve
● Establish vacuum
inside the system
through liquid valve.
14. Charge refrigerant
through liquid valve
● Recharge the
refrigerant to the
system through liquid
valve.
● The charge volume
must be identical to
the indications on
nameplate.
