wear of your appliance and therefore must not be used:
pure demineralized water, water from driers, water with
added perfumes, water with softeners, water from the
refrigerator, water for batteries, water for air conditioners,
rain water, pure distilled water, or mineral water.
• The appliance is designed to be used with the base set on a
stable, horizontal surface, and exclusively for use inside
homes/closed areas and therefore must not be used
outdoors or exposed to weather (sun, rain, or humidity).
• The iron must be used and set on a flat, stable surface.
• When setting the iron on a folding ironing board, make
certain that the surface on which it is set is stable.
• The iron must not be used if it falls, if there are visible signs
of damage, if there are faults or improper operation, or if
there are water leaks. Immediately unplug the power cord.
Check all parts for damage and do not switch it on unless
certain it is intact: if in doubt, call in qualified staff.
• The appliance must not be placed just below a power
socket.
• The power socket must be easily accessible so that the plug
can be removed easily in an emergency.
• The plug must be removed from the outlet before the
water tank is removed or is inserted.
• Only use the appliance with the parts supplied, including
the connection base.
• Unplug the appliance from the socket when not in use.
