This document describes the Sinilink XY-T100H Bluetooth 5.0 stereo digital power amplifier module.
The Sinilink XY-T100H is a 100W+100W HIFI 2.0 stereo Bluetooth digital power amplifier board. It features high-fidelity sound quality with deep bass and transparent treble. The module supports multiple audio input modes including AUX, Bluetooth 5.0, USB sound card, and USB flash disk play. It also boasts HIFI tone quality and APP control via mobile phone (Android and iOS).
The main knob for volume control utilizes a rotary encoder, typically found in high-end speakers, allowing for 360-degree stepless tuning with a smooth feel. This knob also functions as a one-button start/stop control with a long press for power on/off, ensuring simple and convenient operation. Treble and bass can be adjusted independently using dedicated knobs.
The amplifier supports passive speakers connected to left and right channels, and a 3.5mm audio output for active speakers. It operates on a DC5-24V power supply.

Audio Input Mode Switching: The product defaults to Bluetooth mode. If an external playback device (AUX or U disk) is inserted, it automatically switches to that mode based on priority (AUX takes precedence over Bluetooth, U disk takes precedence over Bluetooth). Audio mode can also be selected via the APP. For AUX input, using a shielded AUX cable is recommended to reduce noise. When connecting to a desktop computer, use the AUX output interface behind the host, as the front AUX output may introduce noise. For U disk playback, MP3 format is preferred. WAV format sampling rate must be within 44100Hz; higher rates may prevent playback. The USB sound card function allows connection to a computer via a USB data cable without driver installation. Most computer systems will automatically switch to the USB sound card; if not, manual selection may be required.
Power Supply Selection: The power supply range is 5-26VDC, compatible with standard 5.5-2.1/2.5 power adapter plugs. A 12V/24V standard power adapter with a current output above 10A is recommended. The appropriate power supply depends on the horn power. For example, for 2Ω/100W horns, do not exceed 20V; for 4Ω/50W horns, do not exceed 21V; for 8Ω/50W horns, do not exceed 24V. The supply voltage must not exceed 26V to prevent circuit board damage. If the amplifier restarts during playback, it indicates insufficient power supply; replace with a power supply with a larger output current.
Horn Selection: The amplifier can continuously output 100W*2. It can drive 20W-200W horns. 8-ohm or 4-ohm horns are recommended. If the horn power is within 100W, reduce the supply voltage (e.g., 12V) or playback volume. For horns greater than 100W, a higher voltage (within 26V) is better. If the music experiences "hiccup" phenomena, first check for insufficient power supply and use a larger one. Second, consider heat protection; strengthen heat dissipation or reduce playback volume. When using multiple horns in parallel, ensure the total impedance is above 2 ohms to prevent overcurrent protection.
Signal Problem: The product uses a PCB antenna with a visible range of 15m without shielding. If Bluetooth cannot be found or connected, it may be a signal problem. Keep the device away from routers. Avoid using on metal surfaces, which can affect the PCB antenna signal. If modifying a speaker with a metal shell, ensure the antenna is outside the shell, as metal will shield the signal.
Mobile Phone Connection to Bluetooth: When the Bluetooth board is powered on, the blue LED flashes quickly, indicating Bluetooth connection mode. Search for "XinYi" on your mobile phone, click to connect. A prompt sound will confirm the connection, and the blue LED will become solid. Open music software on your phone to play music; the blue LED will then flash slowly, indicating playback. Do not connect to "Sinilink-APP" Bluetooth directly from your phone's Bluetooth settings; this connection is managed within the APP. If connected, unpair and search again to avoid connection issues within the APP.

Heat Sink Installation: During assembly, ensure the silicon gel is applied to the radiator, and the silicone side is stuck to the amplifier chip. Verify that the radiator's metal shell does not contact surrounding components to prevent short circuits. Finally, the top plate presses the heat sink, enhancing heat dissipation.
Knob Cap Accessories: The product comes with 4 exquisite knob caps: 3 small and 1 large. These can be freely matched according to personal preference.
