BESCHREIBUNG DES STREUERS
ORION 40
Streuer ist neu konstruiertes Fahrgerät, das
feine Verstreuerung besonders an
Grasflächen ausübt. Für die sichere
Anwendung ist das Gerät mit dem Schutze
ausrüstet, die die bewegliche Teile gegen
Umgebung schutzen. Streuer erfült auch die
Vorschrieften für europeische Sicherheit. Die
Betetigung ist aus den Schleppersitz
ausführt.
BASIC DESCRIPTION OF MANURE
SPREADERS ORION 40
The spreader has been designed according
to the new concept in order to improve the
quality of spreading especially on meadows.
The spreader is additionally equipped with
protections that prevent access to rotating
parts in order to assure safe work and
thereby its design complies with European
safety standards. All the operations can be
handled from the tractor seat.
Rahmen des Streuers ist aus die
Stahlprofilen verschweist und an Ashse
anpasst ist. Breite Spurweite garantiert
auch grösse Sabielitet besonders in
Gelände. Streuer wird über die
Gelenkwelle angeteibt. Antrib wird dann
an Betrieb des Kratzbodens und der
Streuvorrichtung verzweigt. Kratzboden
dient für die Bewegung des Dunges.
Mechanismus der Stossbremse an
Anschlusrahmen grossere Sicherheit
bei grosse Geschwindigkeit und im
Gelände versorgt. Bei den Stoss des
Streuers an Schlepper wird eine
Bremskraft über den Mechanismus an
die Achse überträgt.
Automatische Verspannung des
Kettentransporters eine konstante und
optimale Verspannung der Kette bieldet
und so eine Übersprung der Kette an
Kettenrad unermöglicht besonders bei
der Rückwertsbewegung .
Streuvorrichtung ist mit vier
senkerechten Zylindern ausgeführt und
leicht wechselbar mit zwei horisontalen
Zylindern, die die Streubreite definiert.
Beide Geräte werden mit
Segmentenfingern ausgerüstet, die
leicht wechselbar sind.
Beiden Ausführungen der
Streuervorrichtung eignet sich für feine
und gleichmässige Verteilung, was
besonders bedeutig bei der streuen des
Dunges an Grasfläche ist.
Manure spreader
's frame is welded of
steel profiles and mounted to the axles
with wider track, which provides safer
work even on moderate slopes. The
operating units of the machine are
driven by tractor outlet shaft which
transmits power thorough the P.T.O.
Shaft with a safety clutch to the main
gear-box.
The drive there divides to the right side
- for the drive of the chain conveyor and
to the left side-for the drive of the
spreading device. The scraping floor
with a chain conveyor transports the
manure towards the spreading device.
Dash brake mechanism on the hitch
ensures more safety during driving at
higher speed and on slopes.
When the spreader puts pressure to the
tractor the braking mechanism starts
transferring the braking power to the
axle which makes the spreader to
brake.
Automatic tightener of the chain
conveyor ensures constant and optimal
tension of the chain and prevents the
chain to slip on the sprocket especially
when the conveyor moves backwards.
Spreading device has 4 vertical
cylinders and can easily be replaced by
a horizontal device with 2 cylinders.
This way you can choose the spreading
width. Both devices are equipped with
segment fingers which are
replaceable.
Both devices are intended for even and
fine spreading which is of a special
importance when spreading the manure
on meadows.
