PERIODIČNI PREGLEDI
Rok za temeljit periodični pregled za
enovrstni silokombajn SILO 80 D je eno leto.
Pregled obsega:
y Kontrola obrabe ter privitosti lopatic,
nožev rezalnika, spodnjega noža, krožnih
nožev ter protinoža.
y Mazanje zobnikov med bobnama ter v
zobniškem gonilu.
Občasni periodični pregledi med delom so po
potrebi.
Pregled obsega:
y Kontrola privitosti vijakov in matic.
y Kontrola napetosti klinastih jermenov.
y Brušenje ter nastavitev zraka med noži
rezalnega koluta in protinožem.
y Kontrola obrabe brusa.
y Nastavitev dletastega noža do krožnih
nožev.
y Mazanje drsne jermenice na gredi
rezalnega koluta ter mazanje ostalih
elementov po navodilih za vzdrževanje.
y Pregled brezhibnosti zaščit kardanske
gredi.
PERIODICAL CHECK-UPS
The one row maize chopper must be
completely checked up at least once a year.
Check-up includes following points:
• Check the usage and tightness of
spades, blades, lower blade, oval blade
and counter blade.
• Check the level of grease between the
drums and the gearing.
If needed, check the machine occasionally
during the working season.
Check-up the following points:
• Check the tightness of screws and nuts.
• Check the V-belt tension.
• Sharpen the blades and adjust the air
between the disc blades and the
counter blade.
• Check the grinding stone.
• Adjust the chisel blade to oval blades.
• Grease the pulley on the cutting disc
shaft and other part following the
maintenance instructions.
• Check the P.T.O. shaft protection.
DOBAVE PO ŽELJI
Za traktorje, na katerih se priključne gredi
vrtijo z več kot 620 vrt/min. morate obvezno
namesto klinaste jermenice 455.01.014.0
(Ø 385) montirati klinasto jermenico
455.01.027.0 (Ø 335) zato, da kolut z noži
ne prekorači dovoljenega števila vrtljajev.
Zgornje dovoljeno število vrtljajev na
priključni gredi traktorja je za klinasto
jermenico 455.01.027.0, 720 vrt/min.
Jermeni so v obeh primerih isti.
Å Elementi daljinskega vodenja z vlečno
potisnim bovdenom (glej sliko 11– katalog
rezervnih delov).
RQUESTED DELIVERY
Tractors with more than 620 rpm P.T.O. shaft
must replace the V-belt pulley 455.01.014.0
(Ø 385) with the V-belt pulley 455.01.027.0
(Ø 335) so that the chopper does not exceed
the allowed disc rotations.
The V-belt pulley 455.01.027.0 is for the 720
rpm P.T.O. shaft only.
The belts are the same in both cases.
