REGELMÄSSIGE KONTROLLEN
Da Garät muss einmal jährlich gründlich
kontrolliert werden. Auch zwischendurch
muss die Kontrolle vor allem wegen
einwandfreier Schmierung und Wartung
erfolgen.
Die Kontrolle umfängt Folgendes:
 Kontrolle der Kegelradgetriebe.
 Kontrolle der Federzinken.
 Kontrolle der Schraubenverbindungen.
 Kontrolle des Gelenkwellenschutzes am
Kreiselantrieb.
 Schmierung nach den
Wartungsanleitungen.
PERIODICAL OVERHAULS
A thorough periodical overhaul is needed
every year.
The tedder should also be overhauled from
time to time during the year to see if
lubrication or maintenance are needed.
The overhaul consists of:
 Examination of pinions.
 Spring tines examination.
 Examination of screw.
 Examination of P.T.O. Shaft protections.
 Lubricating according to the instructions
for maintenance and lubrication.
BENEUKUNG!
Im Fall, dass den Schwader aus
geschickten in hydraulischen umarbeiten,
schneiden Sie obene Laschen an
Getriebsgehäuse Poz. 1 auf den Bild 2 an
(wegen Möglichkeit) den Montage
hydraulischen cilinders.
ATTENTION!
In case you want to equip SPIDER 400
with hydraulic cylinder, cut off the upper
eyes on the gear-box pos.1 fig 2.
