Attach motor base to table using bolts, washers, and nuts.
Install motor to motor base using bolts, washers, and nuts.
Install machine head mounting base using bolts and washers.
Fix point before raising head, then secure two points.
Turn on power, depress pedal to lower/raise foot, start bar-tacking.
Turn off power, remove spring, turn low-speed pulley, then depress pedal.
Adjust length by moving feed across regulator.
Adjust width by moving feed regulator.
Adjust feed cam so material feed completes at specific needle height.
Adjust stop-motion regulating cam for proper stop-motion engagement.
Adjust needle bar height by turning changeover pulley and tightening setscrew.
Align shuttle tip with needle center, adjust clearance, and tighten screws.
Align moving knife hole with needle hole guide.
Adjust counter knife for 0.5mm clearance with needle hole guide.
Loosen nut, move feed regulator to shift work clamp foot center left or right.
Adjust lift up to 17mm by pushing/pulling L-shaped wrench.
