Routine Maintenance
TO CHANGE A DRIVE BELT
Loosen the Nuts on Bearing Block and slide back until the Belt may be slipped
over the edge of the Toothed Pulley.
When tting a new Belt do not over tension. 10mm of deection should be left at the
centre of the belt.
TIMING OF TOOTHED BELTS
When tting a new Belt it is important to reset the timing.
Looking from the front of the machine, the right hand cam should be at 12 o’clock.
The left hand cam should be at 15 minutes past the hour. (See Image below)
