Once the height is set, we must check the angle of the
cage. Lift the chain and pull the cage forward and view
the cage from above. The inside of the outer cage plate
must be parallel to the largest chainwheel. If your outer
cage plate is parallel to the largest chainwheel, you can
move to step 8.

If your outer cage plate is NOT parallel to the largest
chainwheel, untighten the clamp a quarter turn at a
time until you are able to slightly move the derailleur.
