Usage Features:
- Assembly: Detailed step-by-step instructions with diagrams are provided for assembly, including connecting cables, attaching the computer support, securing the front stand, fixing pedals, and mounting handlebars. Tools (Allen key S5, spanner S13-S15) are included.
- Folding Mechanism: The device can be folded for storage by pulling out and turning a knob (67) 90° anticlockwise, then pulling the handle (74) upwards until the gas strut (77) engages. To unfold, push the handle forward, tap the gas spring to release, and gently lower the boom.
- Transportation: Integrated transport wheels (118) on the main frame (20) allow for easy movement by pushing the handle (74) down until the wheels touch the ground.
- Even Stand: Adjustable end caps (61) can be turned to ensure the unit stands straight and stable, which is crucial for optimal training and to prevent damage.
- Computer Operation:
- ST/SP (Start/Stop): Initiates or ends a workout.
- UP/DOWN: Selects programs, adjusts preset values, or changes resistance.
- ENTER: Confirms values or selects presets.
- MODE: Toggles display between Speed/DIST/CAL and RPM/ODO/WATT.
- RECOVERY: Starts a heart recovery rate measurement.
- Training Modes:
- Manual Mode: Allows users to set target values for time, distance, calories, or age. Resistance can be adjusted manually.
- Program Mode (2-13): Offers various pre-set program profiles with automatic resistance adjustment, or manual adjustment via UP/DOWN.
- Body Fat Measurement (Program 14): Requires user input for gender, height, weight, and age. Users hold hand pulse sensors for approximately 10 seconds to measure BMI, body fat percentage, BMR, and body type.
- H.R.C. Modes (15-18): Heart rate controlled programs where users can set a target heart rate (program 15) or choose a percentage of maximum heart rate (60%, 75%, 85%). Resistance adjusts automatically to maintain the target heart rate.
- User-Defined Programs (19-22): Allows users to create and save their own program profiles and set targets.
- Watt Mode (Program 23): Users set targets for time, distance, and watt. Resistance adjusts automatically to achieve the target wattage.
- Heart Recovery Rate Measurement: After a workout, users hold hand pulse sensors or wear a chest strap and press "RECOVERY." The computer measures pulse for 60 seconds and displays a recovery rate (F1-F6), indicating fitness level.
- Chest Belt Usage: Instructions for inserting the battery (CR-2032, 3V) into the transmitter, moistening electrodes for better contact, and proper placement on the chest. Bluetooth chest belt connection is via a free app on a smartphone or tablet.
Maintenance Features:
- Regular Checks: The safety level of the device can only be maintained if it is regularly checked for damage and wear.
- Tightening: Before first use and at regular intervals, all screws, bolts, and other connections must be checked for tightness.
