What to do if Skilsaw Battery Charger is not charging?

  If your Skilsaw Battery Charger isn't charging, first ensure it's properly plugged into a working outlet. Next, check that the battery pack is fully inserted into the charger. If it still fails to charge, unplug the charger and clean the contacts on both the charger and battery pack. Also, the battery may be too hot or too cold; cool it down or bring it indoors to reach an acceptable temperature. If the battery is still detected as over-temperature during charging, detach and re-attach it to the charger to initiate charging once it cools below 50°C/122°F. If none of these steps work, the battery pack or charger may be damaged and should be serviced by an Authorized SKILSAW Service Station.
